As an integrative therapist, I use various Relational, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and CBT skills and techniques to best support you and your individual needs. Effective treatment can result in meaningful and lasting changes.

The work I do is one-to-one (with younger adults, adults, older adults), with couples and groups in my private practice in rooms in Richmond and Fulham. Sessions would usually take place at the same time, on an agreed day of the week for 50 minutes each session. The therapy can be face-to-face short-term, long-term, open-ended or time-limited. This would be depending on your needs and is discussed in the consultation session.
